Hapex builds automations that run against your existing tools. When you connect a Google account, Hapex requests only the minimum scopes needed for the automation you choose, and nothing else. We’re transparent about exactly what each scope is used for.
gmail.readonly): only used to read messages in workflows you build, for example summarizing your unread inbox to your phone every morning. Hapex does not forward, archive, or train on the contents of your email.gmail.send): only used when your automation explicitly produces an email to send (for example, a daily digest sent to yourself). Hapex never sends messages on your behalf outside of automations you defined.calendar.readonly): only used to feed upcoming events into an automation you build (for example, a morning briefing that includes today’s schedule).drive.readonly): only used to read documents your automation is explicitly pointed at (for example, “summarize this folder of contracts every Monday”).Hapex does not sell, license, or share your Google data with any third party.
